This is the day we find the root cause of your major limiting belief(s) holding you back from the goals you have been dreaming of achieving.
It may be deeply sensitive, yet letting go of these anchors of despair, struggle, overwhelm, and defeat will free your mind and body to allow new seeds of fun, joy, and freedom to flourish in their place instead. It’s all about making space/room for the new version of you to thrive.
Make a decision right now to start letting go of the negative chatter that vulnerability brings, and decide right now, you will open up even more to healing through this powerful method.
Your mind is your helper, not your master. You are the master. This process is about claiming your throne back.
Please get ready by reading the additional resources below and internalising it. Also, please familiarise yourself and prepare for your session using the Zoom Preparation Checklist, paying keen attention to all the points related to you (excluding points 3, 6, 13, 14, and 15).
Allow 2 hours for this session.
This is a huge step, and you will be guided through it thoroughly. So trust the process, let go into it and keep a very open and receptive awareness of healing. -
1. Please complete the intake form (in the next section of Step 1) before starting the session.
Your intake form is so you can share the relevant information with Dr Thashna in preparation for your Follow Up Session. Also to prep your own mind for what is to come during the session.
Your data is kept securely and confidential.
Please review the Terms and Conditions for further information. Please pay keen attention to the section on MEDICAL OR PSYCHOLOGICAL CONDITIONS.
2. You must complete all the steps and pre reading, no cutting corners. All has been put in place to support your success. Skipping will likely change the outcome of your results.
3. Please find a quiet and comfortable spot with no distractions for 2 hours when doing the RTT session. After Step 2, start by listening to Part 1 of the session. This has all the information for a successful session.
4. After completing Part 2 (the Main RTT Session) you must listen to the transformation recording for 21 consecutive days after your RTT session.
Only when you have done 21 consecutive should we discuss your transformation on a follow up call.
Rearrange this call if you haven’t listened at least once a day for 21 consecutive days.

Please be aware this session was done within a group for authenticity and edited for you. You may ocassionally hear background responses and noises from participants in the group. Stay focused on you and your transformation at all times.

We had a very deep and powerful session and rooted up some deep issues. This can leave you feeling stirred up and unstable. If you do feel this way, please start listening to your transformation recording (attached) as soon as possible.
Please listen at least once a day, preferably more, for 21 consecutive days whilst taking action visualizing the life you want. All you want is available to you. Your new beliefs will take you to your best self.
The brain learns by repetition, so the more you listen, the more effective the changes you will notice. Also because your subconscious mind has been running on a program of limitation for a long time, it will want to go back to the familiar limiting beliefs. However, the commitment of listening daily for at least 21 days will soon make the familiar unfamiliar and the unfamiliar familiar. So stay with it, make time for yourself and enjoy the process.
Remember first you make your habits, then your habits make you, so listen like a boss whilst consciously generating feelings of ease and positive change within you and easily walk into your success.

Your TWLT Transformation Recording
**Once opened, please download to your favourite listening app..
How to listenSet aside 25 mins.
Find a comfortable place where there are no distractions.
Use headphones or earphones to listen.
Relax your mind and body.
Listen actively: use your five senses to visualize everything on the recording. This makes it more real. The more real you can make the pictures in your mind whilst listening to your recording the more receptive and faster the subconscious mind is rewired with what you want.
After listening, keep the feeling with you throughout your day till the next listen.
If you miss a day, you must start again from day 1. This is so important. cheating will not give you the results you want. You must override the subconscious mind by listening actively with intention and elevated emotions for 21 days at the very least.
At 21 days your brain starts to create new neural network to support new behaviours and beliefs from your recording. Listen for 90 days locks it in and makes it permanent. so continue for 90 days and beyond to keep elevating higher.
Have a great time recoding your mind to the life you want, knowing it is absolutely available to you. Your thoughts are YOURS to change! Have fun changing them. -
Your follow call is in 21 days. You should have booked it when you bought the package.
It’s a 30 min session included for your success. You would have listened 21 consecutive days. If not, reschedule and start again. It is most important that you give it the full 21 days of active listening and taking in the information and build the energy of change in, through and all around you.
