Believing Magic
What if I told you that anything is possible for you if you want it and more importantly believe you can have it. Yes it's super cliche, and it is true. Many may already get this and find that they effortlessly will something, someone, an opportunity or a situation and as if by magic it appears in some way or an opportunity presents itself to get you what you want.
But why are some things so difficult to acquire? Why do you want somethings and feel so distant from that which we want? The answer is simple. We don't believe we can have it. With this said, why don't we believe in the things we want and dream about and why do we feel we cant have it? Why don't we believe? What is belief? How do we acquire belief in ourselves achieving all our dreams?
Believing is more than acknowledging or accepting a perceived truth and making it your own. It is not exclusive to religion and I speak of it outside of any religion, group, sect, or cult of any kind. I speak of it as the individual perceptions and creative expressions related to deep memorized emotions based on passed experiences and future intentions.
Changing beliefs can be a pain as there are things that we have believed in the past but do not believe intellectually anymore, but the memorized emotions around the past belief is buried so deeply, we feel we cannot change. A story in the bible, Jesus said to the man who wanted a healing for his son. “If you can believe, all things are possible to him who believe”. To this the man cried out with tears in his eyes “Lord I believe; help my unbelief”. Many of us can relate to this.
We believe a truth, but when the time comes to put the action to the belief, there is a discord, an incoherence, a sabotage, a mismatch, a difficulty in making it happen. What is that? When I was on the money mindset course with Tasha Chen last year. In the tribe there were so many people having these financial breakthroughs and I was caught up in the excitement and energy of the tribe and the possibilities that were opening up inside of my mind.
I started to believe that, if these people in the tribe were experiencing the changes in their money mindset and were observing the physical proofs of shifting energy and receiving by changing the way they think, then I too could experience this shift. I only needed to get out of my own way and develop these new skills of thinking differently, thinking as I want to feel and become and not thinking in doubt of receiving.
I was also reading books on mindset and how to lose the mind I had in order to create a new one more conducive to the dreams I had for my life. I allowed myself to rest through meditations and affirmations and not allow the excitement I was feeling to turn to anxiety as it often did for trying too hard and not seeing the results straight away. It was difficult because I was believing with my eyes only.
I knew I had to take the whole structure I had unconsciously created around my beliefs completely apart and rebuild again from scratch. This process many people do not want to go through, most people are looking for a quick fix like I was, but this is not possible when your mind is already wired in a specific way. You will have to lose your old mind and create a new one to see new results in your life. You will need to become the change first and then it will reflect back into your life and experiences.
It's all Energy
Think Feel Belief
The feeling of having your dreams come true is of a totally different energetic frequency from the thoughts of lack and doubt. The key is to get into the energetic frequency of your dreams and stay there. Because the mind does not know the difference between what it thinks and fantasizes about and what it sees in it's environment/reality.
You can make your thoughts your reality by feeling the feeling of the fantasy as if the fantasy was the reality. This changes the vibrations of you and the energetic frequency of your fantasy attracts the similar reality to you. The ability to change frequency by thoughts and feeling is the art of believing and believing is a creative superpower.
So, you want more freedom and security in your life. But you look at your life and all you see are challenges, problems, so many things to be done, doubt scratches at your thoughts of something better for yourself, its never ending and you are constantly gripped with anxiety and the perpetual life of hardships. How can you get out of it?
Many people focus on money to save them and hope to win the lottery or come into some windfall of cash. That would be nice of course, unfortunately though, it would only be temporary if the mindset that brought you hardship remained or was allowed to return, as having the money in a mindset of lack will cause you to lose all the money in a short time regardless of how careful you think you are.
Knowing with your head alone is not enough. Knowing with your mind and your heart, where what you believe is felt deeply and is a part of your being. This is the true essence of believing.
If having the money cause some subconscious change and sustained feelings of abundance joy, love and freedom, which is possible too, that could set you in a different direction of allowing the changed emotion to attract more of the optimal situation. This energy from these emotions will need to be maintained to keep this money/energy and keep receiving more as the money/energy will respond to your energy as it too is energy.
The point is, it is not the money that will save you , but the inner workings of your mind and emotions and the energy/ vibrations you are creating. It is the connection that you have to your inner being and the peace, and contentment and security you already feel that will attract more of the same to you.
I remember how irritated it made me when I was first told that it was not the money I want but the change in my mind and my emotions and the money would then be attracted to who I was. Even though it made perfect sense, it meant I had to do a lot of work to get what I wanted and I didn’t like to work that hard. I ignored it and pushed against the thought. Well after pushing against it for so many years, I finally hit a wall and there was nowhere else to go but within. I was ready then.
So, if you are getting that stirring of resistance as you read this because you don’t think you need that much intervention on yourself, that is the biggest reveal right there. You need to find your true self first within and the abundance which is a natural part of you will flow from the same place within you. Remove the BS of fear, uncertainty, limitations and such the like that is blocking its flow and there you will find your freedom and your life of magic.
As I was saying, when I check my vibes around money, yes I had a smile on my face for the world to see as I was transforming from within. I looked wonderful when I stepped out but deep down, something was still uneasy and though I felt I was being grateful for all I had, I was not being grateful for all I was. When bills came in there would be that familiar knot of fear while questioning where the money would come from and the swollen overbearing emotions of lack and never having enough. It didn’t make sense as I had a good job that paid well, so where is my money?
Checking myself, I found the emotions of unworthiness was the deepest buried and disguised within me and the observation of it was the unraveling of my wealth within me. This may seem like a lot of words to someone who has not got there yet. I understand and I am writing about this in order to show you the direction I took to get me to the point I am right now, where my wealth is divine and flows from the well of everlasting joy and peace, and happiness within me.
The more I open up my inner being the more of these treasures come pouring into my life and I am now at a place of presence where abundance is flowing with every desire and increases as I remove the walls of doubt and lack to allow my worthiness and love to flow freely .
This is the easiest and most consistent and self perpetuating way to create anything you want. Whatever wealth means to you, to have it is to believe/vibrate that you already are it and allow it to flow from you. Herein lies the conondrum as believing is the key.
How beliefs get hard wired
The mind is fundamentally divided into 2 parts. the conscious mind and the subconscious mind, the conscious mind is the mind of reason, logic and creativity and represents 5% of the mind. The subconscious mind represents the remaining 95% of the mind and is the mind of habits, skills, learned and hardwired behaviors, conditioning, associative memories, beliefs, perceptions, attitudes, and emotional reaction.
Through observations, repeated and practiced behaviors we wire the subconscious mind through conscious choices. Soon these repeated thoughts and behaviors become hardwired and become habitual and no longer require conscious input. Any situation that is like the one that was practiced into a habit will trigger the wired subconscious habitual behavior. The same is true for anything, even something as simple as learning to ride a bike, drive a car, to believing and creating your dreams.
To understand further how the brain operates at a vibrational level to create conscious and unconscious/subconscious responses, lets look at the different brain waves and how we are controlled by them and better yet how we can control them.
Brain Waves
In adults and children, Delta is sleep mode where the body is restoring itself and there is very little conscious awareness.
At two to five or six years, a child’s brain is in Theta brain wave mode, the state of accepting, open, observant, taking everything in subconsciously as they start connecting with their outside world and storing the information without much thought. This is their world of supreme imagination. There is some, but very little analytical thinking in this state, so children at this age accept what you tell them.
Theta is the state in which we are most programmable. Hypnotherapist often access the subconscious mind in the state. In this state the conscious mind is awake while the subconscious mind sleeps. This is where we want to get to in our meditations to make the changes we need for creating the life we want.
At age five to eight the analytical mind starts to form and children start to draw conclusions about their outer world and their inner world and the outer world of imaginations are as real as each other to them, so they are great at pretending. They are in the Alpha state.
Alpha in adults is the state of shutting out the sensory data by closing your eyes and going within. It's a state of relaxation, tending your thoughts and making them more real than what is happening outside of you. A state of day dreaming. We enter this state intermittently throughout the day when we take information in to ponder on.
By the age of eight to twelve years the analytical mind isformed and the door between the conscious and the subconscious mind begins to close. They are now exercising the Beta state.
Beta is the state of alertness, awakened state. Making sense of the outside and the inside world. Processing sensory data such as listening to music, looking attentively at something, reading etc. Through maturity, this state is also divided into low, mid and high range Beta waves.
High range Beta is characteristic of observing stressful situations therefore, being too focused on something so much that it is difficult to stop. Maintaining this state means a prolong engaging of the fight or flight chemicals which block the ability to heal, learn, create or problem solve. The body will eventually start to break down in this prolong stressful state.
Gamma is the fastest of the brain waves and described as super-consciousness. It looks similar to high range Beta brain wave but faster. Gamma occurs often when there is a shift in consciousness and the energy in the brain increase to give transcendental experiences.
So can you see that between the ages of 2-12 years old, youcould have learned and subconsciously wired a multitude of behaviours that youmay or may not be aware of. This is the reason why going within and observing,weeding out the old and non-serving and seeding the new and flourishing is so important.
What were you exposed to between these vital times of your life when your analytical mind was not yet developed. What information did you internalise and wire into your subconscious mind? Many of us think we are in conscious control of our beliefs and our responses to the external environment. However we are a series of practiced behaviours and emotions on replay.
So, if you are in a state of thinking that you never have enough or you will always be the way you are, sad, and unsatisfied, not good enough, not worthy, you have to work really hard to have the freedom you want. What is your self talk? These are stories we have been taught to believe and you can choose another belief and create a different more satisfying outcome in your life.
Observing your beliefs, getting ready for change
A belief should be a thought with a congruent emotion that you wire in your subconscious so that it becomes the default way of feeling and behaving. Imagine choosing to believe in a life of freedom, joy, unconditional love and unlimited abundance. Whatever you believe will be the outcome of your life.
To believe in something has to be more than a thought, it has to be a part of you. So, if you find yourself wanting to believe but your actions are not matching up, it is because you do not believe it at your core/subconscious level.
Take a look. Take time to observe your life and the cycles you have gone through, the choices you have made and the outcomes based on them. Aren’t they a series based on your current deep beliefs? Of course they are.
Regardless of how much will you use to change things for a week or even two, once you are triggered by a familiar experience, the wired subconscious the dominant mind control, remembers and sets off a series of wired solution responses as you lose consciousness within the emotions triggered.
Think of anything you promised yourself to do such as eat healthy, exercise, spending within your means. How easy was it to start and continue? Or did you promise you weren’t going to do a particular thing anymore. How easy was it for you to stop?
Ironically, the challenge is to commit to a process proven to rewire and create a new subconscious programming and in effect a new emotional body. New vibrations and responses will occur, which will create new outcomes in your life. What will the new you choose for you? What do you want?
Believe in your power and change your mind to become who you are to be and not someone’s idea of who you are meant to be. If you can commit to an hour everyday to sit your body down, settle and let it sleep while your conscious mind is alert and making new suggestions to your subconscious mind in Alpha and Theta brain wave states, the time that analytical mind is absent, then you can rewire your mind with the information conducive to the life of freedom love and success that you want. This is meditation with creative intention. This is rewiring your subconscious mind and drawing up the blueprint to the life you are intending to build.
Upgrading your mind
Now we know how to create the life we want we first need to empty your body mind of toxic, non serving information that is creating the unwanted current situations and responses from us and in our lives. Thinking about emptying a body filled with stagnant toxic sticky eeky sludge that clings and festers. We need to clean this stuff out of our subconscious which is the body mind, to create clean and healthy growth of the emotions, attitudes and actions that fills us with the abundance of life and all its treasures.
The body is the subconscious mind, therefore all our habits and automated behaviours are stored in the body. To remove the ones that are unwanted, we will have to find where in the body they are stored. One of the best and most complete way to do this is through meditation and or RTT(Rapid Transformational Therapy). There are different meditations which may benefit different people for different reasons.
Meditations are form of self hypnosis and RTT uses hypnosis and are the most lasting and clear way to revealing your best self. The concept behind the meditation is first to quieten the analytical mind which takes practice if you have never done it before. When you have sufficiently practiced this, you will know how to easily go from Beta to Alpha and Theta brain wave states while remaining conscious. The concept of RTT is the same. Using hypnosis, the mind relaxes and specific tools are use to guide you to removing the limiting beliefs and replace them with the new beliefs you want to be reprogrammed with.
Remembering now in this brain wave state the analytical mind is somewhat asleep, thus we can from here observe and call out those unwanted emotions stored in the body (the subconscious mind) that causes us to react and respond and give off negative energetic frequencies that do not serve us.
We can also then, call upon the new elevated emotions and feelings we want to feel when we are experiencing the life we want. Elevating these new wanted emotions by thinking about what the life you want looks like and feels like and visualizing the positive outcomes will rewire the subconscious mind to feel gratitude, love, joy, satisfaction, bliss and so on.
As you continue to practice these elevated emotions whilst in alpha and theta brain waves, each time you get up from your meditation/RTT transformation recording, you will start to feel the shift in the way you respond to your environment. People that use to bother you seem to disappear or they just don’t affect you anymore. Because your vibration has changed, the environment around also changes to match your new vibration. The practice is where the change lies.
The subconscious will try to inhibit you meditating/listening to your RTT transformation recording by giving you lots of other things to do. The distractions can be strong as it means change and the ego/subconscious mind which has been running the show of chaos, incoherence and disorder for so long will not want to relinquish the role you gave it, which at the time was to protect you all these years.
As you have grown and evolved, you want to choose more positive self serving thoughts and behaviors that will protect you much better and take yourself off autopilot till rewired. Its giving yourself an upgrade. You will need to use your uncompromising will at these times to sit down and get into that space of no-thing, nowhere, no place and no one where the subconscious mind sleeps and you can give it new instructions. This is where the treasure lies. Get within daily for at least an hour if you want deep lasting and profound changes
Thoughts, emotions and your vibrations
Your thoughts are the language of your brain and your emotions are the language of your body. You must feel the way you are thinking to achieve coherence and create what you are thinking about. If your mind and body are incoherent and at odds with each other, this is pure chaos. It would be like asking for the perfect relationship while thinking you are not worthy and no one could love you as you are. That is incoherence at its best.
Ask yourself the question, if I were the other half I want in my life, would I want to be with me? If I were money, would I want to hang out with me? Am I fun, open, loving, kind, free, vibrant, creative, divine and abundant? If not then you have got some transmuting to do before you can expect these things and people of the same vibration to bump into you.
You have to first become the change that you want. Gandhi could not have said it better. The change you want is at a specific frequency and the only way to get it, is to vibrate at the same frequency to achieve resonance and receive it. Energy is everything and learning how to move, elevate, play and have fun with your energy and the energy around you is the key to getting what you want.
Your emotions are the key to changing your vibrations and your thoughts are the key to your emotions. To understand what you truly believe, check your emotions, they will always tell you what is deep within you. You are vibrating at the frequency of your emotions. Everything you desire is at the emotional frequency of Love, Joy, Freedom, Compassion, Vitality, Peace, Unlimitedness, Abundance. Is it not?
You cannot think positive if you are not naturally a positive person to make these feelings happen. You will have to do the work and rewire your subconscious which is the most powerful of the two minds as it represents 95% of the mind in it’s totality while the conscious mind represents 5%. The good news is, that is all you have to work on. Everything else just flow and fall into place after that.
The material man will say, work hard to get what you want, but if you operate only from a material perspective, yes you will need to work hard with blood sweat and tears to move matter around and to pay for the things you desire. There is nothing wrong with that, if that’s what drives you and makes you happy, do it that way.
However, for those who are not feeling that, then there is an easier way which I am no expert at yet, but I am certainly experiencing the difference in using energy to do the work and having fun observing how the universe puts it all together and inspires me to do what needs to be done at the right times and right place with the right people to get to the desired outcome with ease and relaxation, NOT stress and competition.
That is the difference, it is easy and relaxed. It is truly amazing and simple and only needs a little will power and turning inside yourself and surrendering the unwanted emotions and replacing them with the ones that create beauty and abundance everywhere you look.
So, what is it that you want? A new relationship? More money? A new house? To see the world through travel? To have peace? To feel contented and happy with life? To be more loving and compassionate? Whatever it is, inside of you is where you go to cultivate it first, then it will start to show up in your life.
Soon after meditating properly or after your 21 days of listening to your RTT recording, you will start to feel differently. You will feel, less anxiety, and more flow, more clarity, more peace, more happiness and compassion. You will want to open up and share your heart with just about everyone. You will find yourself doing and being someone you only dreamed of, as inspired action flows you. Opportunities will roll right up to your feet (choose carefully and in gratitude), you will want to keep meditating and go deeper and deeper if you truly want it all.
You believe when you are in the knowing....In the knowing, there is peace, there is certainty, there is rest, security, sureness, satisfaction, gratitude, joy, openness to possibilities, freedom, flow, ease, release, relaxation, letting go, smooth sailing, glowing, growing, liberation, beauty, life, vibrance, bliss, fun, twirls of happiness, laughter, bursting with delight, unconditional love, sensing, serving, connection, adventure, curiousity, divinity, brilliance, expansion, being still, calm, intuition, clarity, wholeness, naturality, trust, full expression, allowing, welcoming, receiving, in spirit, limitlessness, abundance, brilliance, creativity, graciousness, overflow, invigoration, freshness, renewing, blooming, fulfillment, compassion, splendor, is-ness, quietude, being. You get the drift, all is well. All is well that we believe to be well.
